Customer Registration or Purchase

When registering or making a purchase on Anaring, the following data is collected: email address, name, address, postal code, city, phone number and tax identification number (NIF).

Data collected during the purchase process is processed automatically and is intended for order processing purposes, such as order shipment and invoice issuance.

Newsletter

When subscribing to the Anaring newsletter, the following data is collected: name and email address.

Contact Form

Anaring may also request personal data through contact forms, namely name, email address and any other information voluntarily provided by the visitor.

Website Navigation

Data related to navigation on the online store is also collected, such as device and browser information, network data and IP address.

Anaring is required to retain certain information for tax and audit purposes, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Anaring – Ana Paula G. M. Cabral Valente retains personal data for five (5) years due to specific legal and operational requirements related to its business activity, or until the customer requests its deletion from the database.

At any time, the data subject may request access to, rectification or deletion of personal data by sending an email to loja@anaring.com.

If the customer has registered an account on Anaring, personal information may be viewed, edited or deleted at any time through the customer account area.

At the customer’s request, Anaring may amend certain customer data associated with registered orders.
