Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions under which the Anaring store, a legal entity with Tax Identification Number (NIF) 177096691, with registered office at Rua Américo Durão nº 12 – 9º EF, Lisbon (hereinafter “Anaring”), shall operate.

The Anaring service consists of making available and supplying a set of products and/or services, allowing the user, who is granted the status of customer, to order and purchase online the products presented therein.

Use of Anaring implies full acceptance and agreement with all the parameters present in the Terms and Conditions described herein, as well as with the Privacy Policy in force at the time the user accesses Anaring.

If you do not accept, in whole or in part, any of the stipulated conditions, you should not make purchases on Anaring. By accessing Anaring, you undertake and agree to comply with the conditions set out on this page and in the Privacy Policy.

Anaring reserves the right to update and amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is advisable to periodically review the Terms and Conditions in order to check for any changes or updates.

Anaring informs customers of the characteristics, descriptions, images or videos of each product and/or service on each page made available. Anaring undertakes to present its products and/or services clearly and to correct any possible errors that may occur as quickly as possible.

Anaring presents, in a clear manner, the prices of each product and/or service, including VAT, shipping costs applied to each order, and any other additional costs that may be applicable.

Information regarding products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns and services may be updated or changed by Anaring at any time.

Anaring is a registered online store, and the service provided is the responsibility of Anaring.

The content, domain, and information present and made available on Anaring are the property of Anaring – Ana Paula G. M. Cabral Valente, or have been licensed to it, and are therefore protected by copyright and related rights. Any use, reproduction, copying or disclosure of visual, audiovisual or written content is subject to prior approval by Anaring.

The customer undertakes to fully respect the aforementioned conditions and rights and to refrain from any acts that may violate the law or rights such as copyright, related rights, and other legislation applicable to the use of images, videos, content, etc., without the express approval of Anaring. Anaring shall not be held liable for any improper use of such content.

Anaring provides the following payment methods:

Once payment has been completed, Anaring will carry out a standard verification process in order to proceed with processing and shipping the order. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid, as well as the corresponding invoice.

Product Availability

All products and/or services available on Anaring may be purchased, except in cases of stock shortage or limitation, as well as made-to-order products, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice; however, in such cases, they will be duly identified on Anaring.

If a product becomes unavailable after the purchase has been completed, Anaring undertakes to contact the customer by phone or email as soon as possible in order to manage the situation.

Fees and Taxes

On Anaring, prices are presented in Euros and include the applicable VAT and taxes in accordance with current legislation, which are already included in the displayed price.

Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel an order while it is still being processed. The customer is requested to inform Anaring via the following email address: loja@anaring.com.

If the cancellation request is made after the order has been dispatched, the order will proceed to delivery and the customer may choose to refuse acceptance. Anaring is not responsible for possible delays in the processing of order cancellations.

Anaring reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as due to technical issues beyond Anaring’s control.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the contract is concluded.

If the customer wishes to withdraw from the contract, they may do so by emailing loja@anaring.com or by completing the contact form available on Anaring.

If the contract is withdrawn within the legal deadline, in addition to returning the product, the customer must also return any offers or gifts that accompanied the main product. Anaring shall refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned order, accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment, and return form.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that no additional costs are incurred by the customer as a result of the refund.

Any refund procedure shall be processed in accordance with the applicable legislation, namely Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

The customer may submit a complaint regarding any issue, act, information or service related to Anaring via the email address loja@anaring.com or through the Electronic Complaints Book available at: https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/INICIO/

Disclaimer of Liability

When creating and using an account on Anaring, the customer is responsible for maintaining the account, ensuring confidentiality, and for all activity carried out through their account.

By creating a user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most up-to-date version.

Anaring is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures, or any other issues that prevent access to or proper functioning of the online store.

Anaring shall not be held liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, related to the use or inability to use the products and/or services provided, nor for any delay or unforeseen issue in the delivery of orders.

This contract is governed by Portuguese law and the legislation in force.
