Shipping Policy
Anaring offers several shipping methods, which may or may not have an associated cost, depending on the characteristics of the order, such as weight, value, and destination region.
Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process, at the second step of the shopping cart, and are calculated based on the following criteria:
- Destination region;
- Weight and/or value of the order;
- Selected shipping method;
- Optional value-added services (VAS).
Shipping prices:
- Standard shipping: €3.27
- Registered shipping with electronic notification: €5.82
All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Mainland Portugal: approximately 2 to 3 business days
- Azores and Madeira: approximately 3 to 4 business days
- Europe: approximately 5 to 6 business days
These delivery times are indicative and may be extended due to transport limitations or circumstances beyond Anaring’s control.
Orders are dispatched according to the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout and only after payment has been successfully validated.
The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the contracted shipping service or the timeframe indicated in the selected delivery method description.
Returns Policy
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason and without incurring any costs, except for the cost of returning the product(s), within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the product(s).
Any purchase made in the online store may be returned within 14 days after receipt. After this period, refunds or exchanges will no longer be possible.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must submit a clear statement expressing the intention to withdraw from the contract.
This may be done by:
- Requesting the withdrawal form from Anaring within the above-mentioned period; or
- Sending an explicit email to geral@anaring.com stating the intention to withdraw from the contract.
The email must include the following information:
- Recipient’s name;
- Contact phone number;
- Order number;
- Order date;
- Order receipt date;
- Number of products and/or services purchased.
After receiving the withdrawal request, Anaring will respond as soon as possible in order to manage and schedule the return collection of the purchased product(s), when applicable.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition as when delivered, returned in their original packaging, and show no signs of misuse or improper handling.
Returns must always be made to Anaring and never directly to the product supplier.
To complete the return process, the customer must include:
- The purchase invoice;
- Proof of payment;
- The completed return form.
Refunds for the value of the returned product(s), as well as the original delivery costs, will be issued within 14 days from the date Anaring is informed of the withdrawal decision.
Anaring is not required to refund additional return costs resulting from a return method that is more expensive than the one proposed by Anaring.
If Anaring requests collection of the product(s) from the customer, the refund process will begin only after the returned product(s) have been duly received. The customer will be notified by email via loja@anaring.com.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that no additional costs are incurred by the customer.
If the refund is not received within the indicated timeframe, the customer should first check their bank account, then contact their bank if necessary. If the issue persists, the customer may contact Anaring by phone at +351 919 202 772.
Exchanges are only accepted in cases where the order is defective, incomplete, incorrect, or damaged as a result of delivery.
To request an exchange, the customer must contact Anaring by email at loja@anaring.com.

If the product was purchased as a gift, it will only be accepted for exchange upon presentation of the corresponding gift receipt.
The original shipping costs paid by the customer will be included in the refund amount, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014.
If the customer chooses a return method different from the one defined by Anaring, the customer will be responsible for any additional return shipping costs, whether for returns or exchanges.
Anaring cannot guarantee that returned items will be received or that they will arrive in the same condition as when shipped by the customer.
For orders delivered outside Portugal, the return process will follow the same conditions described above.
